the staff was very friendly. I found the room spacious with a large shower room. its situation was good for visiting Plainpalais and the city centre. I liked that the bed and pillows were firm.
there was no fridge in the room. I think this is essential, especially during warmer months, for storing drinks or snacks. i hope they add this soon.

i found the room clean and the bathroom was really nice. the balcony was great because my husband smokes. coffee and tea supplies were plentiful in the room. breakfast included good gluten-free options.
the air conditioning was really noisy, it was hard to sleep. sometimes it made loud sounds that startled me. i heard other guests complained too.

the hotel is near public transport options, , made getting around easy. a short walk brought me to shops and restaurants. i could easily access various parts of town from there.

The room included a safe. there was also a desk in the room where i worked. i found the bathroom had a hairdryer. The towels were quite soft.
i noticed a small stain on the carpet.
